Technical characteristics of rubber belt filter:
A.Process operations such as feeding filtration,filter cake washing,drying,unloading,and filter cloth regeneration can be completed continuously.
B.The filtration mother liquor and the filter cake washing liquid of each section can be collected in stages,and advective and countercurrent washing can be realized.
C.Modular design of the overall structure,flexible assembly,easy transportation and installation.
D.The control system applies DCS technology,which can realize on-site and remote automatic control.
Scope of application:At present,it has been widely used in solid-liquid separation in metallurgy,mining,petrochemical,chemical,coal washing,papermaking,fertilizer,food,pharmaceutical,environmental protection and other fields,and gypsum dehydration in flue gas desulfurization and other industries.
