(1) The vacuum degree of the ceramic vacuum filter is low and cannot meet the production requirements. The main reasons are the leakage of the vacuum pipeline, insufficient circulating water in the vacuum pump, damage to the ceramic filter plate, the drain valve of the filtrate bucket is not closed tightly, and the material level of the slurry tank is low;
(2) The backwash water pressure of the ceramic vacuum filter is low or fluctuating. The main reason is that the backwash water pipeline system is blocked or leaked;
(3) The liquid level of the filtrate tank of the ceramic vacuum filter remains high. The main reasons are the wear of the impeller or pump casing of the circulating water pump, and the leakage of the pipeline between the filtrate bucket and the circulating water pump;
(4) When the ceramic vacuum filter is ultrasonically cleaned, the ceramic filter plate is not cleaned properly. The main reasons are that the power box is faulty, the power fuse is burned out, the line is aging, the transducer head is burned out, the ultrasonic box is broken down, and the water level of the slurry tank is too low.
